📝 ZenChords Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to all ZenChords customers who purchase a lifetime pack.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
Employees of ZenChords and their immediate families are not eligible.
2. Entry Criteria
Each lifetime pack purchase counts as one entry into the draw.
Entries are automatically recorded at the time of purchase — no additional action is required.
3. Giveaway Structure
The first draw will be triggered once 100 lifetime packs are sold.
Subsequent draws will occur every time an additional 150 lifetime packs are sold in each category.
4. Prizes
Prizes may include instruments, accessories (strings, tuners, straps), Snoozebands, ZenChords merchandise, and other musical items.
The exact prize list may vary per draw and is subject to availability.
Prizes are non-transferable but cash alternatives may be offered for instrument prizes only at the organisers discrestion.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries using a secure draw method.
Winners will be notified via the email associated with their ZenChords account.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.
6. General
ZenChords reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
By entering, participants agree to these terms and to be contacted regarding the giveaway.
