1. Definitions

• “ZenChords” refers to the digital platform and brand operated via zenchords.com and the ZenChords mobile app.

• “User” refers to any individual accessing, purchasing, or downloading content from ZenChords.

2. General Terms

By accessing our website or app, and/or purchasing digital content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

3. Payment

All purchases must be completed through our secure checkout system. We accept major payment methods and process transactions prior to granting access to downloadable content.

4. VAT

Zenchords currently does not charge VAT on purchases, we retain the right to change this without notice. 

5. Copyright & Usage

All content on ZenChords—including audio files, text, branding, and imagery—is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission from ZenChords.

6. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, users will receive access to their purchased content via:

• Direct download links

• In-app access (for mobile users)

ZenChords is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect email addresses or device incompatibility. If you experience access issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

7. Product Description

We strive to accurately describe all digital products. However, ZenChords reserves the right to update or improve content without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially affect the intended use or quality.

8. Health Disclaimer

ZenChords content is designed to support relaxation, musical flow, and mindfulness. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. 11. Digital Guarantee

If you encounter a technical issue with your download, please notify us within 7 days. We will provide replacement access or resolve the issue promptly.

12. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are only available if:

• The content was not delivered or is technically defective

• You contact us within 30 days of purchase

We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases or change-of-mind once content has been accessed or downloaded.

13. Download Responsibility

It is the user’s responsibility to download and back up purchased content to their preferred device. ZenChords may provide replacement links for up to 90 days after purchase, subject to availability.
